Primary Purpose:
The Teacher Incentive & Pathways Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will collaborate closely with the Talent Development and Pathways team and the Academic Data Analytics Team to conduct analyses related to our teacher incentive and pathways program, utilizing both internal and external data sources. The analyst will support central office, schools, and senior leadership by enabling them to make informed decisions based on the data provided insights. This role includes assisting central office and school staff through guidance, training, and documentation, as needed. Additionally, the analyst will develop an in-depth knowledge of Uplift’s data model and processes, becoming a subject matter expert in these areas.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The BI Analyst resides in the People Team department, which includes Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management team. The Analyst provides support to stakeholders across the organization, as it relates to our teacher incentive and pathways program, with our primary focus being campus-based instructional staff. As a member of the Talent Development & Pathways Team, we collaborate with each group within the various CMO departments to produce tools and analytics to best support our teacher incentive and pathways program.

Starting Salary: $70,000
