Real Estate Paralegal (Fully Remote, Contract-to-Hire)
Are you an experienced Real Estate Paralegal looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join a reputable publicly traded company. This is a fully remote, contract-to-hire position that offers an excellent chance to work with a well-established organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the real estate team by tracking status updates, organizing lease files, and submitting approval forms.
Draft, redline, and negotiate various contracts, including lease amendments.
Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and offer solutions.
Draft legal communications and prepare other necessary documentation as needed.
Apply your in-depth knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Paralegal duties to support team needs.
Review and draft SNDAs, Estoppels, and data certificates.
Prior experience with Retail Leasing is highly desirable!
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly rate: $34 - $38/hr.
