Description:
Responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, support and technical consultation for the communication network of the organization, as well as for the development of technical standards and interface applications. Includes expertise in 1or more of the following: voice and data networks or wireless services and network security disciplines to include firewalls, centralized management schemes such as system updates, patch distributions, log analysis and report generation, VPN (Virtual Private Networks) and IPS (Intrusion Prevention Systems).

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage and maintain our IT Search infrastructure.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as ensuring that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security.
Proficient in managing diverse types of operating systems like Windows, Linux and also has in-depth understanding of networks, databases and security systems all this within local data centers or from Cloud providers, like AWS, Azure, GPC.
Responsibilities
Install and configure software and hardware
Manage network servers and technology tools
Set up accounts and workstations
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
Upgrade systems with new releases and models
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
Qualifications
Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
Excellent communication skills
Education
BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
