Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Manager

Currently seeking a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Manager to oversee project turnover, coordination, scheduling, and site-based progress tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC project management within commercial and industrial settings.
Responsibilities of the Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Manager:
- Manage project turnover from development to execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless workflow.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines.
- Track on-site progress, proactively addressing delays or challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain efficiency.
Requirements of the Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Manager:
- Proven experience in HVAC project management within commercial/industrial settings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
