Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.

• Implement erosion control measures in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or environmental projects.
• Strong knowledge of erosion control practices and regulations.
• Familiarity with Procore is preferred.
• Experience with wood framing and their integration into projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• OSHA30 certification is preferred but not required.
