Sherika Brown is a Global Speaker, Licensed Minister of the Gospel, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Small Business Consultant, Purpose and Feminine Leadership Coach, Author, Entrepreneur and Trailblazer. She is a graduate of the Florida A & M University and currently serves as the financial controller in the financial services industry. Sherika is the recipient of many notable honorary awards in the Bahamas as a Woman of Influence as a result of her dedication to serving, developing and nurturing the lives of others. She has been empowering, ministering to and mentoring women for the last 17 years. She also regularly speaks to individuals from diverse backgrounds and on many different platforms in both ministry and in the marketplace, inspiring them to maximize purpose and fulfill their potential. Since founding Iron Network, she is also the pioneer of the following brands: Iron Network, Uptown Cosmetics (Sherika’s very own make-up line), and Sherika Brown Ministries International). She is also the author of the books “The Principles and Purpose of Relationships, “Passion 2 Profits Workbook”, and “Discovering Me! Life Purpose Workbook”. Additionally, Sherika is the founder of many signature events such as: Leading In Stilettos Women’s Empowerment Conference, God’s Model Women Conference , and I Am Worth It! Workshop.
In 2023 Sherika also founded the Leading In Stilettos Dynasty, a mentorship community of feminine women of faith leading in ministry and in the marketplace who are wives, mothers, preachers, visionaries, executives, trailblazers, forerunners, pioneers, creators, entrepreneurs and legacy builders.
